Bring a Big Barkah School to Your Region.
Big Barkah is the engine behind decades of institutional credibility, research-backed outcomes, and sustainably profitable schools. Vantage by Unity and Frontiers by Al Salam proved the model works — franchising with us means bringing that same fitrah-centered, academically rigorous architecture to your own community, backed by a global network of like-hearted schools already walking the same path.
Start a ConversationProven Roots. Room to Grow.
A Proven Architecture
You're licensing something already tested across existing Big Barkah schools — a fitrah-centered learning journey backed by rigorous, internationally recognized academic standards.
A Business That Works
Big Barkah schools are built to be sustainably profitable as well as mission-driven, balancing spiritual integrity with sound, disciplined operating fundamentals.
A Distinct Identity, Shared Roots
You join a family of brands, not a cookie-cutter chain. Vantage by Unity is our complete, standalone school; Frontiers by Al Salam is a school-within-a-school for existing schools piloting with a small initial cohort. Whichever fits your region, you keep your own character within one shared root system.
A Global Network of Like-Minded, Like-Hearted Schools
As a franchise partner, you join a growing community of school operators across regions who share the same conviction and the same architecture — people who have already faced the questions you will face, and who see your school's success as bound up with their own. It is a network for shared wisdom and mutual support, not a collection of competing franchise units.
How the Franchise Is Structured
We operate on a structured, values-aligned Franchise & Licensing Agreement — built to avoid one-size-fits-all rules, so that humanness and spiritual integrity stay intact at every school.
Your Equity
You maintain full equity ownership of your local entity, while Big Barkah Schools acts as the global franchisor.
The Agreement
Established through a Master Franchise Agreement between Big Barakah Schools and your local company.
The Philosophy
Decentralization by design — preserving each school's humanness and spiritual integrity rather than enforcing bureaucratic sameness.
What Each Side Brings
Local Operations are managed by your Head of Campus and team; Big Barkah Schools retains final sign-off on strategic, compliance, and pedagogical reserved matters, with quality control through audits, assessments, and board reviews.
Big Barkah Schools Provides
Pedagogy & Curriculum
A fitrah-centered scope and sequence, project-based frameworks, and IB-style rubrics — the same architecture already tested across our existing schools.
Accreditation & Compliance
Full documentation and audit preparation to bring your school into Australian (NESA) accreditation — the heavy regulatory lift, done for you.
Saha Spaces Teacher Training
Professional development built around critical thinking and genuinely human-centered classrooms, not scripted delivery.
FIRE Leadership Development
Advanced leadership formation for principals, teachers, and executives — building the people who will carry the model, not just the building.
Operational & Space Blueprints
Detailed guidance on spatial design and layout, so your campus reflects the model from the ground up.
Go-to-Market Playbooks
Proven frameworks for admissions, community activation, and marketing, adapted to your launch.
A Dedicated Project Lead
A named partner from our team walking beside you through execution and launch, not a handbook left at the door.

Vantage by Unity, Parramatta
Before we ask anyone to franchise the model, we built it ourselves — a real campus, with a real community, already open.
A Real Campus, Already Open
Vantage by Unity operates from 27–31 Argyle Street, Parramatta — running as a distributed-facilities campus. Students walk to Mays Hill Oval for PDHPE and recess, and to Western Sydney University's Parramatta City Campus for access to advanced labs and facilities most single-site schools couldn't offer on day one.
Built for Accreditation From Day One
As a branch of Unity Grammar, Vantage's curriculum was designed and submitted for NESA accreditation from the outset — not retrofitted after opening. That same accreditation-ready framework is what transfers to every future franchise campus.
Backed by Real Institutions
From Our Own Community
“Our son used to say school was something to get through. Now he asks on weekends when the next project starts.”
Parent, Vantage by Unity
“What convinced us wasn't the pitch — it was watching how naturally faith showed up in a science lesson, without anyone forcing it.”
Founding Family, Frontiers by Al Salam
“The distributed campus model sounded unusual on paper. In practice, our kids talk about the university labs like it's the best part of their week.”
Parent, Vantage by Unity

Who We Look For
We franchise deliberately, not everywhere. Every new Big Barkah school reflects the same values, so we look for partners who share them as much as we look for strong sites and solid operators.
- A genuine commitment to values-based, experiential education for your community
- Access to a suitable site or willingness to work with us on site selection
- Operational or entrepreneurial experience, in education or another sector
- A long-term view — we're looking for partners, not just operators
