This is one school, start to finish — from a child’s first day of Kindergarten to the day they graduate high school.

Stage 2 – Stage 3 · Ages 8–11
Skills & Inquiry
Core academic skills deepen fast, tested through real inquiry projects that connect every subject rather than isolating them.
Stage 4 (Grade 7–8) – Stage 5 · Ages 12–15
Specialized Knowledge
Students choose real-world habitats — media, science, enterprise, and more — and go deep, building genuine expertise instead of surface-level exposure.
Stage 6 · Ages 16–17
Capstone & Real-World Action
Every student graduates having led a real capstone project — proof they can act on their specialty in the world, not just study it.

Abdul Matheen leads strategy and partnerships across Big Barkah's family of ventures. His work spans education and business development across the GCC and Malaysia, building the alliances — from schools to community partners — that let each brand grow without losing what makes it distinct.
Aisha Al Salimy
Learning Design & Professional Practice
Aisha holds a PhD from UNSW and is an educator and learning designer with over ten years in the field, passionate about sparking creativity and innovation in professional learning and teaching. She has designed and led professional learning environments for staff and partner schools during network days, mentored pre-service teachers into the profession, and completed post-graduate research on assessment and vocabulary development, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in education and language.
Dr. Sayd Farook
Governance + Financial Sustainability
Dr. Sayd Farook brings a career spanning global finance, government, and education — including building Thomson Reuters' global Islamic capital markets team across five continents, advising the Executive Office of the UAE's Vice President and Prime Minister, and leading Unity Grammar's shift toward project-based learning. He is also the founding chairman of Ilmuna, a global board reimagining Islamic education.
